The Malta Marriott Hotel & Spa finally opens its doors after extensive renovation works, positioning itself as a leading 5-star property, not just for leisure travel, but also for conferences and events in Malta.
The contemporary designed hotel has 301 rooms, including Club Rooms, Suites and a 150sqm Presidential Suite with sprawling views of the iconic Balluta Bay. The property also enjoys variety of restaurants & bars, indoor and outdoor pools, a fully-equipped spa & fitness centre.
Extensive Conference Facilities and a Welcoming Design
The hotel provides 15,000 square feet of versatile meeting and banqueting space, including 12 conference and meeting rooms located on one floor. The M Club Lounge is perched on the top floor, boasting panoramic views of Balluta Bay, and offers an ideal space to work or relax. A variety of outdoor spaces also offer ample opportunity for conference and events.
The design of the hotel is warm and welcoming, and acknowledges its Mediterranean location, as well as elements of traditional Maltese crafts and heritage. Blown glass, traditional cement tiles and lacework, mingle with local materials. These are tastefully reworked in a modern way in the soft furnishings and joinery.
